The universal language of love is known by one and by all; it is hence that I shall base my definition of Soft Skills as a means of communicting using the media of direct face to face or via voice only, using the language as gifted to us by the good lord Himself : the Language of Love commonly commemorated,as the likes of those usaually vested by nicety, are refrained from lasting too long wherever they go.
Let me assure you that the extensive scope of variating,modulating,articulating and even basic communicating for the intent of a casual conversation is all encompassed in the will to show the glow of love in your voice as well as in your general demeanor itself if the modus operandi of communication is direct once again liberally sprinkled with soft overtures
My attempt at getting as soft as possible can be caliberated via the tutelage of this article in itself.Presuming that the universal code of communication is the Queen's language, I have the following ntoions for your perusal:
The essence of genuine softness lies in the falsely allegated mirage of being good for the sake of being good,nothing more ,nothing less.Henc the prime endeavor should be practising to be truely good each and evry moment of your life; beleive the notoreity of softening up can be deciphered even if the person is unable to see you; such is the nature of love and kindness that it cannot be screened,no matter how adept the speaker is.
Analogicaly speaking there is a genuine need for the right approach subject heading of customer service especially amidst the class of organisations classified under the baner of cudstomer service.The trainer needs to emphasise on trying to make the to be rep not just sound but actuallly be affable.
Languages can be mastered over a period of time; skills can be harnessed via the same; what one should really aim at being is good from the heart, not just because the same ensures a ticket to heaven, but also because conglomerates and their incorporative veterens have over a period of time realised for the better the direct proportion of being nice using Soft Skills with the amount of money earned.
The world can be transformed into a better place to live in and organisations of calibre require to focus on the fundamentals of being good since MQ(Morality Quotient)shall very soon take over the likes of IQ's and EQ's.Soft Skills shall reign supreme.
The paradigm shift to being good for the sake of being good has begun on a smaller scale, but as i am certain shall scale heights unheard of.
I believe the world cna be transformed into a much much better place using Soft Skills , all that we need is the need to stop and ponder.
